1. How do I know which lashes are right for my eyes?
As each eye is unique we offer a wide selection of lash styles available. Finding the right lash depends on the makeup look you are looking for. Choose few styles that you like and use the option compare available on our website to find the perfect pair of lashes.
2. What is Mink?
Lucine Lashes mink lashes are made up of 100% natural and ethically sourced mink hair, sterilized to ensure it is hypo-allergenic. Each strand of mink hair is carefully cut and curled to create a pair of mink lashes through a 100% individually hand-made process. Unlike synthetic lashes, our 100% natural mink lashes are free from any chemical processing, plastic, and dyes which allow for an extremely soft, comfortable, and natural look.
3. Can I apply mascara to my Mink Lashes?
Please do not apply mascara to your Lucine Lashes as this can ruin the quality of the hair and limit the number of uses. Many cosmetic products contain oils that can ruin the shine and quality of the hair. However, you can apply mascara on your natural lashes before applying your Mink Lashes.
4. Can I curl my Lucine Lashes?
Definitely Yes, because Lucine Lashes are made of natural mink that mimics human hair, you can curl the lashes as if they were your own. We do not recommend using heated eyelash curlers.
5. Can I wear Mink Lashes if I have eyelash extensions?
We do not recommend wearing Lucine Lashes if you have eyelash extensions.
6. Where do I store my Lucine Lashes?
To maximize the number of uses of your Lashes, we highly recommend placing them in its original casing when not in use. This will protect the lashes from dust and moisture and prevent them from being damaged inside your makeup bag. Please refer to our How To Apply & Remove page for a detailed explanation of how to care for your Mink Lashes.
7. Can I swim while wearing my Lashes?
No, we do not recommend swimming, bathing or going in water in your MInk Lashes as this can ruin the curl and style of the lash.
8. Do you ship internationally?
We are pleased to offer Free shipping within the USA on orders of $50 or more and flat rate shipping of $5.99 on all international orders. Depending on your location, shipping times may vary. Options will be available to choose when checking out. Please check with your country’s Tax office regarding any possible Tax payments for International orders.
9. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payments: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Apple Pay and Diners Club payments. Please note, all transactions will be processed in USD.
10. How do I track my order?
When registering on our website and shopping with account, you may track your order directly on your account by logging in and visiting the order status page.
Once your payment is approved, you will receive an e-mail when your order is processed (may take up to 48 hours). You will also receive a second e-mail once your order is shipped which will include your tracking number and a link to track the journey of your Lucine Lashes.
11. How are discount codes processed?
If you have any discount code or coupon they can be used on applicable orders if products are eligible. All coupon codes must be entered into the order prior to completing checkout. Only one offer or promotional code can be used per order. Promotions cannot be combined with any other offers. Once an order is placed, we cannot re-activate any codes or coupons. Some products on the site may not be applicable for discounts.
12. What is the return and exchange policy?
If you don't love our lashes, you can always return them, as we want to see you happy! We promise full product price refund when received the product from you in original packaging, not opened or damaged within 14 days. Please note that the shipping cost is not refundable.
13. Will my personal information be confidential?
Data protection is very important for us that is why the information you provide to us via our Website is stored on secure servers. Your card details and passwords are not available to any of our employees. However, please do note that it is your responsibility to keep any Website passwords or login codes confidential.
14. I am having trouble to log in into my account, what can I do?
Please try to reset your password, if after resetting it, you are still unable to login, please contact us at email@example.com.
15. I have not received my order.
